Enjoyed a great Summer, but in need of some activity to improve your health and well-being? If you visit the Sports Centre, we can help.
For Adults – we are planning a new and varied programme of fitness classes, together with our well equipped Gym. From September, Pilates, Legs-Bums-and-Tums, Boxercise with pads and gloves, a Bootcamp class, and a Baby and Bumps class, will be added to the regular programme.
For Children – we have a few spaces left in our weekly Football and Gymnastics coached sessions. A variety of new equipment for use during our gymnastics sessions has been made available to us.
