              Allotments and Composting in Tisbury

For all enquiries relating to the allotments or composting sites, please contact the Parish Clerk.
The allotment site is managed for the Parish Council by the Weaveland Road Allotment Society. Any allotment holder is eligible to join the society; a nominal membership fee of £3 is payable. Allotments can be rented as full, half or quarter plots, with the rentals for 2011/12 being £24.20, £12.10 and £6.05 respectively.
Allotment holders may erect a small shed on their allotment (subject to approval) and have use of a communal water supply.
There are communal composting facilities available (see below) or individuals may use their own composting bins.

The community composting site was set up in 2005 as a part of a Wiltshire Wildlife Trust initiative.
Volunteers are always welcome to join the very active group that run this facility.
